"Before Joining OCR in April 2022, I worked as a subject lead for Art, Design and Technology including Design and Engineering at my local state school. I led a large team of teachers in developing the curriculum and the department, increasing student numbers. I gained my PGCE from Goldsmiths College, London 12 years ago, and worked in a range of educational settings from state, private and international, with many years as head of department since.  

In my spare time I love to travel abroad, ski and have recently taken up learning the saxophone."

"I joined OCR in September 2022. I have worked in education for over 17 years, most recently as the Principal Standards Manager for Engineering and Chair of Examiners at another exam board. I enjoy developing innovative engineering qualifications in the UK and internationally. Prior to that I worked in industry, my first degree is in Engineering and I have an MBA.

In my spare time I love to run/cycle, garden, and spend time with my young family."
