All question papers from the summer 2018 series are now available securely via OCR Interchange. 2018 AS Maths and AS Further Maths draft mark schemes have also now been published.

Mark schemes and examiners’ reports for other qualifications will be available later in the summer.

Please do ensure that these are all kept secure so others can use them as mock assessments through the upcoming year.

If you would like to know more about how we mark and grade exams, about online marking and our quality checks on marking, take a look at our Explaining Examining page. Read More

Functional Skills reform update

Earlier in the year the DfE published the content for new Functional Skills qualifications in maths.

This was followed last month with the Ofqual conditions and requirements, which state that new Functional Skills qualifications in maths will be longer than the legacy qualifications and include non-calculator assessments.

Development work on the new qualifications is now well underway, with Specifications and Sample Assessment Materials expected to be published later in the year.

Functional skills

It is intended that the reformed qualifications are available for first teaching from September 2019.
