Welcome back to the new term!

We hope you've managed to take a well-deserved break over the summer holiday and that results day went well for you and your students. If you don’t have a result, have questions about or are unhappy with a candidate’s result then you may wish to use one of our post-results services.

Find everything you need for planning, teaching, assessing and training this term below, including key dates and entry codes. We've also highlighted the approved lists for our Cambridge Nationals and Cambridge Technicals and updates to the non-exam assessment (NEA) guides.

A reminder that the June 2019 Examiner report are also now available via Interchange.

Cambridge Nationals Sports Studies - approved list of activities for units R052 and R056

Following feedback for Unit R056: Developing knowledge and skills in outdoor activities, we are introducing a list of approved activities to accompany this unit for students starting the course this September.

The list of approved activities introduced in September 2018 for Unit R052: Developing sports skills has not changed.

Cambridge Technicals in Sport and Physical Activity (2016 suite) - approved list of activities
Cricket - Sport and Physical Activity

The approved list has been brought in line with the list of activities approved within the Cambridge National in Sport Studies – no other activities are permitted. This will be for students starting qualifications in September 2019.

The approved list of activities applies to the following units; Level 2 Unit 7 and Level 3 Unit 18.

Physical Education non-exam assessment guides

We have updated the Physical Education ‘Guide to Non-exam Assessment’ (NEA) for Entry Level, GCSE and AS and A Level.

The updates have been made to reflect best practice and to give you some further guidance and clarification. You can find the updates on the link below.

Professional Development Courses

2019/2020 courses are now available to book on our website via the new Professional Development page. We will be adding further courses throughout the year. 

Our new booking system is simpler, making it easier for you to search and book onto a course.

You will need to re-register the first time you book a course, but this log in can then be used for all future courses. Previous CPD Hub log in details will no longer work.
