Summer highlights

Our 2019 summer highlights reports are now available for the following subjects:

  • GCSE - Geography, History, Maths, Science and PE

They are a great resource to use for preparing your students for the 2020 summer assessment. They highlight what went well in the 2019 exam series, areas for improvements and also include some key tips which can be shared with your students.

Understanding the Assessment: Exam Feedback
Review student performance from the 2019 examination series, which will help inform your delivery. We'll also identify common mistakes and misconceptions and discuss methods to address these.

Ask the Subject Advisor/Moderator/Examiner
An opportunity to ask any questions relating to assessment.

Understanding the Assessment of Internal Units: Making the Grade
These events will help you understand the assessment of the internal units and support your learning on how to correctly apply the marking criteria. We'll also be exploring delivery strategies, good moderation practice and we'll look at how your students should present and use evidence.
