Maths supporting you during coronavirus
May - Total Maths

Hi everyone,

How are you? We hope you and those close to you are well.

The maths team have been busy working from home, continuing to support you during the current situation, in addition of course to home-schooling, looking after relatives, checking up on each other, shopping for neighbours and much else... We’ve been sharing important updates plus online activities via @OCR_Maths, publishing new qualification resources, delivering training, filming videos, writing blogs and plenty more.

We can now confirm the dates for submitting centre assessment grades and rank orders for general qualifications is from Monday 1 June to Friday 12 June 2020.

We can also confirm that the process for awarding grades this summer for students in Core Maths (H868/H869), Additional Maths FSMQ (6993) and Entry Level Certificate Mathematics (R449) will be the same as the process for GCSEs, AS/A Levels and projects (centre assessment grade and a rank order for students should be determined).

If you have any questions or feedback, then please contact us. Our role is to support you as you deliver our qualifications.

It also includes a support section for students that you may wish to direct your classes to, as well as our blog on mindfulness and mental health.

We will continue to update the pages as more information is confirmed.
