Peter McCamphill – Customer Service & Support joined OCR in October 2008 and has worked primarily in Customer Support roles with a focus on our vocational qualifications. The vocational qualification landscape is always evolving; Peter helps our internal teams (such as the Customer Contact Centre) with questions on our vocational range and supports our Live Online Training Events for Cambridge Nationals and Cambridge Technicals by being on hand to answer any of the centre enquiries. Paul Jones - Senior Customer Support Manager; is our Senior Customer Support Manager, responsible for the management of our field based Customer Support team providing support, training and guidance for centres administering OCR qualifications.
